Maremma Sales

Veterinary work, permits, inspection fees, and transport are the responsibility of the buyer unless other arrangements are made. We usually get the veterinary work and state import permits done and pass the costs on in addition to the price of the dogs. These costs are not included in the prices listed on any brochures or website. These costs must be paid along with any remaining balance on the purchase price before the goats are picked up or shipped.

Puppies

We keep our puppies for a minimum of 12 to 16 weeks and the majority of our puppies are sold with limited registration. Fill out the questionnaire and if you qualify we will keep you updated on availability:

Teams

We highly recommend that if someone is purchasing a puppy and they don’t have an adult dog at home to act as a mentor, to start off with one of our teams and if we don’t have a team available, to search for an adult dog.

There have been many puppies who have turned out to be outstanding guardians without mentor. However, in a more perfect world, having an adult as a mentor helps considerably.

As we raise Team leaders to be at least 18 months of age, and we work with them during this process, we only have a few team leaders each year.

Adults

When we sell an adult it is generally as a team and so we seldom have a solo adult available. If you require a solo adult, please let us know so that we are aware.
